Iliana Collado knows the value of hard work and dedication, and after nearly two decades
working with Catholic Charities, she is happy to expand her expertise into the real estate market.When working with Iliana to find or sell your dream home, you will get the full benefit of

forefront, and who is able to make the right connections when it comes to closing a real estate
deal. Iliana has great experience working as a liaison between two parties and helping them to
reach agreements that are satisfying.
Iliana grew up and went to school in Perth Amboy, and has worked for 16 years at Catholic
Charities, a non-profit organization for low-income families to help with childcare resources and
referrals.
She comes from a big family with big personalities, and describes her parents, Zoila and
Winston, as her greatest motivators in real estate.
When not helping her clients find or sell a dream home, Iliana spends her time reading, writing,
and training to run a small marathon with her father and siblings.
